Eamon Mac Mahon is a photographer, filmmaker, and projection designer based in Toronto.

As a documentary photographer he has sailed from Boston to Reykyavik in search of the last of the North Atlantic right whales, followed a social circus through the townships of Cape Town, looked for the secret to long life in Okinawa, and collected slime fluxes on the shores of Lake Huron. He is particularly interested in the unexpected ways humans can live and work in harmony with the natural world. Mac Mahon's photos have appeared in The Walrus, National Geographic, New York and Lapham's Quarterly among many other publications.

He began creating video projections in 2007 with pianist John Farah, performing at venues including the Detroit Institute of Arts and The Power Plant in Toronto. He later designed live visuals for Caravan Stage Company’s Command Performance, which toured more than thirty Mediterranean towns and cities. Recent projects include Ephemeral Artifacts with Anandam Dance Theatre in India (2024), Twist of Fate with Lookup Theatre at Harbourfront Centre (2025), and immersive projections for a  live collaboration with ambient musician Gollden for Multifest in Toronto (2025).
